What you are looking at

Overview. Revenue, profit, bar sales and labor for any period, compared with the period before, with a short list of what stood out.

Boats. The same numbers for each boat on its own: charter and bar sales, crew cost, fuel and its share of fixed costs.

Costs. Crew, fuel fill-ups, repairs and fixed costs such as insurance, slips and loans. Each fixed cost is spread evenly across the days it covers, so a single day's margin is honest.

The dashboard connects to the systems a business already runs on: the booking calendar, the point-of-sale registers and the crew schedule. New bookings, sales, shifts and fuel posts come in automatically, so the numbers are current without anyone exporting a report. Each client's data is kept separate and is visible only to the people they invite.
